Is AI safe to use in the domestic abuse sector?
Yes, when it is built for it. Reach’s Case Assistant uses large language models from established providers, but we run them inside our own infrastructure on Microsoft Azure in the UK. Your data stays inside that environment. It is never sent to a public AI service, never used to train any model, and never seen by any other organisation. The assistant only sees the records each user is permitted to see.

Yes. You can migrate your data into Reach so all of your service users continue to receive vital support without interruption. We take you through onboarding and configuration to get you set up.
What does onboarding look like?
