Our approach

Developed alongside sector experts

Our software is developed with the people who use it, so it keeps up with the latest legislation and working practices. We design everything with the end user in mind, and combine it with in-depth training, so your organisation is more efficient and effective.

Today that experience comes together in Reach, our AI-powered case management platform, alongside our established products Modus, Harmonia and PalBase.

Our story

Founded in Brighton, supporting the sector across the UK

Paloma was founded in Brighton, on the south coast, in 1992. For over 30 years we have worked alongside charities, local authorities, police and housing providers, building software around the way their services really work.

Today our products are developed and supported by a talented team across the UK, and used by more than 1,000 organisations across the UK and Ireland.

Our environment

Doing our bit for the planet

The services we support exist to make lives better, and we want our own footprint to match. Through Ecologi, we fund tree planting and verified climate projects to help reduce our impact on the planet.
