Harmonia

As a web based product it can facilitate a multi-agency approach where records are shared between agencies working to manage risk and promote positive outcomes for clients requiring support.

Key features of Harmonia include the ability to manage the MARAC process, to utilize Outcome Stars, to make full use of Supporting People support plans, to measure and track risk, to record incidents of domestic abuse and sexual assaults and to fully track the progress of cases.

The reporting functions and ability to monitor who is using your service, for how long and what the outcome of closed cases are make it an invaluable resource for any organisation working with vulnerable members of society. A particularly useful feature is the ability to combine Harmonia with WRAPP to manage residencies.
